1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following countries:

Switzerland
Principality of Liechtenstein
International shipping available upon request (B2B)

2. Shipping costs

Starting at CHF 10 per order: Free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
For orders under CHF 10, a standard shipping fee of CHF 7 will be charged at checkout.
International orders: Shipping costs available upon request

3. Shipping provider

Our packages are shipped via the following partners:

Swiss Post
DPD
DHL (for international B2B shipments)

4. Processing time

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days processed.

Orders placed are received by 4:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri) will be shipped the same day whenever possible.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by region:

Switzerland: 1–3 business days
Liechtenstein: 1–3 business days
International (B2B): depending on the destination country

Delivery times are not binding.

6. Package Tracking

After the order is shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (if available).

7. Shipments to the wrong addresses

Skulltress assumes no responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional costs shall be borne by the customer.
