Right of Withdrawal

1. Returns / Exchanges for Defective Items

You can return items if:

the content is incorrect
There is damage caused by shipping
a defective product was delivered

Please submit any complaints within 10 days of receipt to: mail@skulltress.ch

Refund or replacement:

After the exam, you will receive either:

a replacement shipment, or
a refund of the purchase price

2. Returns for Incorrect Orders (Goodwill)

If a customer makes a mistake when placing an order, Skulltress may voluntarily offer an exchange.

Terms and Conditions:

unopened
unused
in its original condition
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

3. Right of withdrawal (B2C only, 14 days)

Individual customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal must be submitted in writing to: mail@skulltress.ch

Refund

Once we have received and reviewed your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method.

Shipping costs are refunded only for standard shipping.

Exclusions

There is no right of withdrawal in the following cases:

products that have already been opened
services that have already been fully rendered

4. Return shipping costs

In the event of defects: Skulltress will cover the return shipping costs (if requested by us).
In the event of an incorrect order or cancellation: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
